Based upon the image URL, you were at ConnetiCon. I went to their homepage and looked under the special guests list for "Video Games" (this topic being placed in the videogame forum)
There were two people listed, and one was a woman, so by default this has to be Carlos Ferro, right?

That's Major Nelson from Xbox Live. He's typically the ones doing the xbox.com videos for things like license transfers and such.
...which means I can assume you guys don't watch much of the content off of Xbox Live.
