I would say we should do special decision again like with Murdar, and I would even venture to say that we should have the same panel of 9 not as some elitist thing, but as a matter of concistency and fairness. Since it is known that the decision was made by those who actually came to weigh in on the topic when Murdar and Clyde tied, it could cause some sort of skewing in people responding with the desire to be included in the vote. Opinions?

I'd personally like to be on the panel, but I would agree that consistency is a better idea... as a psychologist, I would say that eliminating any sort of bias is key to a good "experiment"... Cool

I suggest he beats Metal Man in a winner take all showdown in Megaman 2 on hard. He has to immediately go to Metal Man's stage then beat him without getting hit once. He's gotta submit a video of the boss fight to youtube and show us by this Friday, or he'll lose by default.

Well, I think the easiness comes from the time limit. Let's say he doens't have until Friday, let's say as soon as he finds out about this, we set a date one day from then that he has to complete the task?

That works well now that you posted the idea and he can just pretend he didn't see the thread, or not post anything at all on the boards. And with or without a time limit, it's not that hard.

It's not that hard, then oh well. He has to "beat metalman" one way or another, what better way than to literally beat him? If he can physically kick his ass, fuck beating the "idea" of him. He's only as good as his treadmill that changes directions anyway, other than that he's a pussy.

I already voted in favor of the special vote, but I would add to that that B.B. King should be able to vote as part of the special committee since Murdar was able to do so for his. I'm not sure of the original committee or if B.B. King was on it, but if he wasn't, I believe he should be included in Murdar's place.

haha, why would i be on a committee to decide who wins a match between metalman and MYSELF. that's ludicrous. i say Syd,Tebor,Jeebus, and 2 randomly chosen members decide.

Using the same group replacing Murdar with B. B. King is the best idea. Putting Murdar on the first committee originally wasn't very bright, but this should be done here again in the interest of consistency.

Well I think replacing Murdar with BB is a bad idea since a lot of people were against Murdar being on his own committee to begin with (self included). B.B.'s idea is good except it's sort of an elitist thing, cause it would prolly wind up being "the 4 mods and 1 other guy".

Well, though you were against it with Murdar that is how we did it the first time. It's only fair we give BB the same opportunity.

I agree there. Though I too think it was really dumb to have Murdar participate in that vote between him and whoever the other guy was, the precedent has been set, so it'd probably be unfair to B.B. King if we went off and changed that now.
