Hey, guys, before we begin, I'm going to go off-topic briefly to give some bad news.
Last week, my Wii failed on me; the damn thing wouldn't start up well, only giving me a black screen and not letting the Wii remotes connect. I've tried everything I could before sending it in to Nintendo to get it looked at. It just got in today, so I hope to get it back sooner or later, since I only played Super Mario Galaxy 2 twice or so before it crapped out on me.
I might not be able to access it when I get it back right away, however, since I'll be going to Maine with my family this weekend and be there the whole following week.
Anyway, since then, I've been playing more DSi than usual, and I came across two DSi Ware games that I recommend you all to try:
Metal Torrent:
This one is a bullet hell, a genre that I believe needs no introduction with the likes of Touhou Project and Dodon Pachi being well-known around here. In it, you go for the high score and submit it to a leaderboard to compare to other players:
X-Scape:
This one is a sequel to the Japan-exclusive Game Boy title, X. This one follows VIXIV, the spacecraft from the previous Japan-exclusive game, in a fight against the evil emperor, who was supposed to be one of your allies in the previous game. It's actually quite fun once you get the hang of it:
