I combed through the archives as best I could and couldn't find one. I ask because I just read this Seanbaby article at cracked: http://www.cracked.com/article_18581_the-20-worst-nes-games-all-time.html . In the article, he says the following thing about Bible Adventures:

Seanbaby wrote:
In Baby Moses, you get to carry Baby Moses above your head while spiders and guys with spears try to kill you. You can throw the baby at them, but no one gets hurt, and he just hits the ground smiling. The game usually degenerates into me throwing Baby Moses into a river to watch him slowly drown and pretending it was an accident. Yeah, the game knows I meant to, but it doesn't care. When you beat the level without him, it says, "Good Work! But you forgot Baby Moses!" So even if you kill Moses, you still feel good about yourself. And isn't that the way he would want it?

For some reason, I'm convinced I read almost that exact thing in one of Syd's articles. To be honest, the whole article feels like deja-vu to me. Am I going completely nuts, or is Seanbaby ripping off Syd? (Or have I simply read this Seanbaby article before and didn't realize it?)

I know Seanbaby did, and then Vald did one on Spiritual Warfare, but no, I don't think he did.

Maybe Syd is just Seanbaby in a wig, and RoG from I Mockery is just Syd with those bubble goggles and a pickle hat! Shocked

The Angry Video Game Nerd did a video on Bible Adventures and he talks a lot about Baby Moses. If that helps at all.

You know what, I'll bet that's it. I remember that too now that you guys bring it up.

What a weird feeling though. I was so completely convinced it was Syd. Strange.

Fixed. I don't know if anyone of you are familiar with ZZT, but Spiritual Warfare plays a lot like a half-decent ZZT game.

Super 3D Noah's Ark was the third game I ever owned for SNES, so that game holds a special place in my heart.

You better believe I kicked that game's ass when I got good at it. Fuck you Melvin the Monkey!

I dabbled a bit in ZZT. Now that you mention it, it does feel a bit like a ZZT game since the hero uses only bullets.

I'm not a bad enough dude, but I am an edgy little shit. I'll do what I can.
