Well, I was really excited for 3 seconds, but after seeing it a bit I'll just wait and see. *Fingers crossed*
Pretty much my thoughts exactly, that and that new brick weapon looks overpowered (ton of damage & not a ton of bar depletion).

As with all games these days, I can only hope for the best, but will wait for others to buy it and review it/post gameplay videos before I even think about purchasing.

it can't be worse than mighty no 9... I got that in a bundle and I am 100% happy I didn't pay for it as a standalone game

I downloaded and played the demo on my Switch and i kinda liked it.
The gameplay is solid, kinda like the old games but more fluid and responsive.
Maybe the artstyle is a bit bland but there is only 1 stage in the demo included so it's hard to tell.
Maybe i pick it up on a sale sometime...
