So I have Freeloader, the region-cheating boot disc, for the Gamecube. I currently own 3 Japanese games to use with it:
Hudson Selection Volumee 4: Adventure Island
Soul Calibur II
DreamMix TV World Fighters
Games I am looking for should meet the following criteria:
1. Were not released in America
2. Have a minimal amount of Japanese text, or text does not significantly effect enjoyment of the game
I realize that SC2 fails to meet the first rule. SC2 is actually the reason I bought the Freeloader in the first place. It was May and college was about to get out, and all my friends were going to be home for the summer. SC2 was about to be released in Japan and was not getting released until the end of the summer in America. So I imported it so we could play it all summer. And we did.

Halo 2 online is not dead yet:
(From Kotaku)
Despite the "death" of the original Xbox Live, a small band of fanatics are keeping the dream alive by leaving their Halo 2 accounts logged in. You'd think Microsoft would be pissed, but surprisingly, no.
"We're not shutting them off", Xbox Live's Larry Hryb has said on his weekly podcast. "Were going to let them go."
"If you're one of the 'Halo 2 twelve' still playing, know that we're rooting for you, we think what you're doing is great, and [we] are not going to pull the rug out from under you".
That's not to say that Microsoft will leave the servers open forever. These consoles are going to overheat, or malfunction, or most likely lose their internet connections sooner or later. Most likely sooner.
But until they do shuffle off that digital coil? They're free to knock themselves out.

What does any of that have to do with freeloading?

I think Knyte clicked the wrong thread.
As for import GCN games, how about Battle Stadium D.O.N? Also, my GCN AR has a Freeloader as an extra. I should probably import something to try it out.

Radio Allergy, which was supposed to get a GCN release stateside, was eventually released on the Wii.
The only newer Druaga game I could find is this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Nightmare_of_Druaga:_Fushigino_Dungeon
It's an RPG, and is likely filled with lots of text, and a PS2 exclusive. Is there a different game?

Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 is probably the best one imo.

Back on topic, Mr. Driller looks really promising. I'll have to look into the rest.

I don't know, it was just the only game I knew of that didn't come out in the US.
