Let's see here:

The World Title (A Smackdown Title) is held by Swagger (A RAW superstar.)
He is being challenged at the next PPV by Orton (A RAW Superstar.)

The WWE Title is held by Cena (A RAW Superstar.)
He is being challenged by Batista (A Smackdown superstar whose spent most of his time on RAW lately.)

The Unified Tag Champions are Miz & Big Show (Both RAW Superstars.)

What gives?

Do you think maybe he is going to slowly phase out idea of RAW and Smackdown being different brands? Or do you think this is just a temperary thing?

A couple of years ago I read Vince was planning on just getting rid of Smackdown and having two Raw shows a week. I think this was before they drafted wrestlers. I wouldn't really care. I'd like to watch Smackdown, as both Jericho and Edge are there, but I don't get the channel it's on now and I haven't seen it in years.

You will soon. It was just announced that Smackdown is moving to SyFy.

All of those scenarios are awesome.

People bitch a bout no new stars being made, and they give Swagger a title run and they bitch hes not ready. Jesus.

Orton is killing it (good thing) at the moment.

Cena (still great pro wrestler) I would love to see in some feuds outside of the title. But this is a recession, so how could you not put the title on him?

Miz and Show are an even better version of Jeri Show.

NXT might be on the chopping block as well, as part of Smackdown moving to SyFy.

Jesus, this is like the 5th network SD has been on.

I still think he should've stuck with Spike for Raw, they seemed a lot more lenient with what Vince wanted to do. And while Raw hasn't been delayed for a while, USA was notrious for doing it back in the day for dog shows and such.

I think you are missing the point. The two RAW superstars are holding the two majors belts in the company, with only one Smackdown star, who is spending most of his time on RAW anyways, challenging for the title. Furthermore, the only dual brand belt is being held by two RAW superstars, Kynte was not saying any were bad wrestlers, at least not in this post, but pointing out that Smackdown is getting shafted.

Umm, we have SyFy as part of my country's normal cable channels, but I'm not sure if they will air Smackdown as well.

It's sad that NXT may only last one season, it's been interesting every week for me. I love Michael Tarver and Wade Barrett, the losing streak angle with AmDrag has been slipping though.

The concept will work marvelously is they tweek it (no gay ass challenges) and hold is annually or biannually.

I agree, Wade Barrett just has it, though I don't care for his finisher much, I'd rather see him do something like a Sumo Chokeslam, or a Power Bomb variant, but he as well as Michael Tarver are pretty good. And I also like that Wade Barrett is with Chris Jericho... I think the teaming of them just works well, and I hope they are still a team after NXT! And Daniel Bryan is awesome, but they really have made me lose interest in the losing streak angle, and the "heel" Michael Cole thing. Its alright, but I think he'll end up just getting buried from the losing angle. Lets hope he doesn't cause he's a tremendous talent! Very Happy

Thats probably why Darren Young is 8th on NXT and why there hasn't been a black world champion since Booker T (King Booker at the time) and I don't count when Bobby Lashley won the ECW title cause....well it was the ECW title! lol.

Prior to the Royal Rumble, I would've assumed Kofi was next in line for a World title push, of course, they decide to depush him for no real reason.

And Zeke was injured I believe, which really sucks considering he took time off because of his dad. Gee, you know Christian was awesome as the last ECW champion...oh wait...>_>

He's such a good talent. I really don't know what they are gonna do with him right now, and its going to be real hard for WWE to regain that momentum he had when he was feuding with Orton! I hope WWE gets it together and figures out thatSheamus blows. Laughing

I find it hard to like any wrestler that uses a dumb move with a big hype on a prone opponent. For example, the boom drop, the worm, ballin', the people's elbow, the leg drop, etc. The list goes on and on.
