Haha wtf. So, because her name is Lindsay and she was/is famous the add must be about her? She's been irrelevant for a while now, that's pretty hilarious.

I have some relatives that live in a little town called Lindsay, maybe the whole town should sue as well, makes about as much sense.

That's exactly why she's doing it. She's run out of money for coke and is trying to drum up some publicity in order to become relevant again. Also, she figured that instead of going to court, the ad agency will just settle for a nominal amount, and as a bonus, she gets her name in the news again.

If you type just "Lindsay" by itself as a search on IMDB it doesn't even hit on her. It does, however, hit on just Oprah or Madonna.

If I was playing Family Fued and the question was, "Name a famous Lindsay", I think Lindsay Wagner's name would pop into my head before Lohan, but that's just me.

I'm going to start suing anybody who makes a movie, TV show, commercial where somebody named Michael or Mike is being shown in a bad light.

So to start I'm going to sue anybody who makes Michael Bay out to be bad. I'm going to be rich, even though Bay does suck but that's besides the point...my first name is being tarnished!

I'm not really going to sue anybody but I'm just trying to point out how idiotic Lindsay Lohan's claim is. I know plenty of people named Lindsay who happen to like milk. Maybe the commercial is talking about them.

I don't know if anyone else said it, but saying "Lindsay Lohan is a stupid cunt" for any reason is like saying "Water is wet." Sure, there's an 'unless', but really, "stupid cunt" is default.

Just like to point out the argument is valid. If the baby were a "slut named Paris" or something, there may be a lawsuit. Some celebrities are well known by their first names.

Lindsay Lohan, however, sure as hell isn't one of them. Hell, when someone says "Lindsay" to me, the first few people that pop up in my mind are male.
