There is the anti-drinking cartoon on Tiny Toons (Plusky, Buster, and Hampton split one beer and wind up driving a jacked car off a cliff).

Going back to Ren & Stimpy, there was an episode where Powdered Toast Man killed a kid by accident. It was later banned by Nickelodeon, but not for that reason.

yeah, Kenny would qualify. Or you could find a picture of Butters and his parents. That poor kid is the most abused on the series, and that includes the guy who gets killed all the time.
