I've had this problem for quite awhile now and have found no help or answers. The driver called SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller shows up in the "Safely Remove Hardware" but I have nothing plugged in. If I click remove the SDA, it goes away until I restart my computer and it'll show up again. I don't even use SD Cards so should I uninstall this driver? I don't remember installing anything remotely close to this when I reformatted my Mini 9.

& also whenever I minimize Firefox and come back to it. My keyboard won't work. I have to refresh the page and it'll work again. This usually also affects the side scrollers on the touchpad.

Do you have a built in memory card reader?

Most of them are hooked to your motherboard via a USB interface, and so your computer treats it like any other USB Storage Device.

I don't know about that. I have a Dell Mini 9 if that will help you find out what you need.

It is a drive reader/hub that is just an additional input device. I suggest that you leave it alone. It shouldn't cause you any problems.

Okay thanks. You're right, it doesn't give me any problems other than being annoying. Is there anyway I can hide it or something?

Disable the device in Device Manager.
