Just about done Round 1...

Futurama - On December 31st, 1999, a pizza delivery boy named Fry falls into a freezing chmber and wakes up in the year 3000. There he teams up with a purple-haired cyclops and a bending robot who runs on alcohol to work for his distant nephew's delivery company, Planet Express.

Tom and Jerry - The classic shorts where a housecat named Tom tries desparately to catch a small, brown mouse named Jerry, but is always outsmarted with hilariously violent antics.

Tiny Toon Adventures -Miniaturized versions of the Looney Tunes stars attend Acme Looniversity, where they are taught by the classic Termite Terrace stars and work to earn their toon degrees.

The Tick - A strange, superpowered idiot in a blue suit works to save the world from its various evils in this sarcastic superhero show.

Geez...3 GREAT choices and Tom and Jerry

I gotta go with The Tick...just so innovative for it's time. And looking back, it's still funny as hell.

Futurama and Tiny Toons are a very close tied second, and both are very deserving in my opinion.

Futurama and Tiny Toons were are amazing.
The Tick and Tom and Jerry are great.

Another hard group.
I'm going with Futurama for being a bit more original then Tiny Tunes and for being the only good output from Matt Groening during the early part of this decade.

Remember the real-life Tick show?

Ha!

Well, Tiny Toons is easilly my favorite TV cartoon ever, so it got my vote, no surprise there. Beyond the amazing animation, writing, et cetera, they also used a full orchestra for the music, which definitely made a difference. And plus, it signalled the start of Warner's silver age. If it hadn't done well, there'd've been no Animaniacs or Freakazoid!, either.

Futurama is pretty amazing, but I preferred the Simpsons for that kind of thing.

Tom and Jerry is some of the best slapstick out there, and it's totally fucking hilarious. Showed how much a cartoon can do without much of a plot besides "Cat chases mouse."

The Tick is pretty awesome, and I definitely enjoy it, but it's just the weakest of the group, in my opinion.

I didn't care for the live action show as much. The cartoon really lampooned what I felt what real super heroes would be like. The live action show had potential, but it didn't showcase Tick in the same light as the cartoon did.

Wow tough bracket here as I love three of the shows (never got into The Tick) almost equally. Tiny Toons was great, and I especially loved the vacation movie they did which includes one of my most favorite lines ever from anything:
Buster: "I can't marry all three of them, that's BIGAMY!"
Big Daddy: "No, son, that's 'big o'ME' "

But I'm going to have to vote for Futurama as I feel it's a better show with more laughs in it, which is ironic since I actively dislike The Simpsons. The humor is extremely sophisticated and the show is really fun to watch even when you've seen the same episode 100 times. And any cartoon that dedicates an entire episode to sex with giant Amazonian women and just happens to have Bea Arthur as their leader is unbeatable in my opinion.

I'm going Tiny Toons, but I will say something about Futurama.

While I thought for the most part the series was bleh to okay, when it was good, it was really fucking good. "Luck of the Fryish" and "Roswell That Ends Well" are two of the best things I have ever watched on a television screen.

I still feel that Futurama was ahead of its time.

The audience that it needed wasn't old enough to appreciate the show. Adult Swim's timing was perfect. Seeing it again as a young adult I saw humor in it that I had missed during the original run.

It isn't my favorite cartoon of all time, but in my young 20's it was certainly up there.

As much as I love the Tick, I have to go with Futurama because those late night episodes usually help me sleep...

Up against The Tick, it's a tough choice, but I have to go Futurama. Just too much funny to ignore.

wow. this is one hell of a bracket.

futurama is great in general. some stuff was just annoying, like how everyone was just so stupid in the future. but i guess idiocracy explains that.

tom & jerry is just amazing. im upset it only has 1 other vote besides mine. granted, half the tom & jerry cartoons sucked (those made by... i forget who) but the others were great. even the guest stars were great (muscles the mouse, jerry's country singing uncle et. al.)

tiny toons wasnt bad. a jr. version of looney tunes and thats not bad.

the tick is just awesome cartoon superhero satire.

i voted for T&J simply because its an awesome cartoon that transcends time. i love it. my 4 year old niece loves it. its just great

Hey, a clear result. I'm all for that.

Futurama wins, Tiny Toons takes second.
