Silversun Pickups, Joy Division = yes. I haven't heard of any of the other bands, so I'll check out the other videos later.
"The Stranger" by Tuxedomoon sounds friggin' cool, it reminds me of the old NES game Ghoul School. Is Tuxedomoon a good band.

They're exceptionally good. Their debut album is especially good. Out of all the ones on there, I'd also suggest Josef K or Young Marble Giants. I know, it's a lot of postpunk, but I love it. Also, if you have a roommate that you hate, play Throbbing Gristle real quietly over and over again while they sleep. My first roomie in college was a wakeboarder douche who always locked me out of the room. I put Hamburger Lady on repeat at the lowest volume my CD player would go and left it there for three days. He had sleep problems and couldn't figure out why.

Hahaha, that's awesome. Also, post-punk is my favorite genre of music, so no complaints here.

And that, sirrah, is why you get... MAD PROPS!
Also, I'm hoping to add some Gary Numan/Tubeway Army, Mission of Burma and Gang of Four stuff when I get home or maybe over the weekend. It's definitely a work in progress. And UsaSatsui, I'll add you when I do.

I'm really liking your playlist; everything I've listened to thus far, I've thoroughly enjoyed (particularly Tuxedomoon and Josef K).
Also, I find it completely awesome (and slightly hilarious) that Neneh Cherry's "Buffalo Stance" is on your playlist. I can now say that I'm not the only person I know who likes that song.

I used to stay up and watch Friday Night Videos or Night Tracks just to see Nenah Cherry.

She's the bomb.com. I loved the video and the song when I was a lot younger, and then I heard it again one day whilst flipping through the radio channels and figured, "There's a song I want to hear more of." Fun fact: Neneh Cherry is not only the brother of Eagle Eye Cherry and daughter of Don Cherry, but worked as a backup dancer and I think occasional backing vocalist for the Slits.

The more you know!
Also, glad that you enjoyed what I had on there. Everything on there came as references from other bands that I liked. Now I have another generation of stuff to work through before the size'll probably double.

BTW, I've added about fourty more songs to this list, so there's more enjoyment for everyone. How could I forget to put New Order on there?

That video for "Gates of Steel" is friggin' awesome, and now I'm interested in Devo. I'm also intrigued by Visage's "Fade to Grey". It warms my heart to see that you also like Pet Shop Boys, David Bowie, KMFDM, the Cure, the Smiths, New Order, Bauhaus, and Depeche Mode.
