Better hoard your Eggos!

Grocery stores will be experiencing a shortage of the waffles until mid-2010 due to problems at two bakeries, a Kellogg's spokeswoman said on Wednesday.

Flooding at an Atlanta bakery during heavy rains in October forced Kellogg, which makes Eggo products, to shut down production temporarily, said company spokesman Kris Charles. Plus, equipment at Kellogg's largest waffle facility, based in Rossville, Tenn., needs extensive repairs.

I saw this, it's fucking hilarious. I can't believe they will be backed up 8 fucking months. I'm gonna go buy out the stores and sell individual waffles on ebay!

Goddammit

I don't eat waffles very often, but the sheer mention of them always puts me in the mood for them.

The best thing to do is to cook two waffles, then fry up some turkey bacon, place said bacon on one of the waffels and pour some syrup on the other than sandwhich the two. After which sprinkle some (just a little really) shreaded cheese and microwave that shit for about 25-30 seconds. While it's fizzing away fix yourself a cold glass of OJ or some other form of fruit juice.

Trust me, shit is good.

I do pretty much the same thing, but instead of cheese, I pour quite a bit of powdered sugar on it, and it's divine.

Not cool. I came on this forum full, and now I'm leaving hungry with a desire for a McWaffle (that is what your awesomly heart clogging creations can only be described as). Bacon, syurp, waffels, gah!

That's one of the funniest sentences I've ever read.

Original and Cinnamon Toast. I haven't had cinnamon toast before, looked pretty mean. And you gotta have original.
