Did anyone get to play the rpg for the nintendo gamecube?
It was a totally awesome game to play through with some friends, and became one of my favorite games, and it totally had a badass story.

This game had one of the most retarded menu/battle systems I have ever played with. I got about 30 minutes in and put it away. It wasn't confusing, it wasn't difficult, it was just annoying and frustrating. It is too bad, because the game seemed to have a decent story.

I enjoyed it. I enjoyed Baten Kaitos slightly more though. I got ToS2 on the Wii and have yet to crack it open.

This game is awesome, hands down one of the greatest rpg of its era, and I would argue one of the greatest of all time. While I was in Japan I managed to pick up one of the later games in the series called Tales of Heart, which is just as awesome. I am really hoping it comes state side, though it isn't likely.

The second game is pretty fun, the free run option in battle is a welcome improvement. The writing is about on par with the first game, if a little more childish. The real blow comes from the massive downgrade in voice acting. It is just painful for me to listen to what they did to Lloyd.

I played it for GC. I just couldn't get into it at the time, but I may try again.

Lloyd absolutely should have been in SCIV, especially after they cockteased us by putting him in Soulcalibur Legends. Since they took the time to develop a full-fledged SC-style movetset for him, why NOT put him in an actual fighting game?

It wouldnt of gotten as much attention as the star wars characters but if i would have seen Lloyd for the 360 and Kratos/Zelos or even Regal for the PS3 demo videos, i would have pre ordered that game for sure haha.

Then they could totally do it to bring awareness of the tales series with a great variety of characters. But no, they'd rather fill it with that apprentice guy from the last star wars game.
Not the best choice.

Pac-Man needs to be a playable character in Tekken. Wouldn't be any sillier than Gon.
