And how many of them did you find truly worthwhile?

I currently have 23 Wii games. Only eight of them were truly great. Five were good, seven were average, the other three sucked.

Somewhere around 15 I think, and 5 of them were bought last week.
I haven't played it much recently, both from lack of free time and because the Wii is in the middle of the kitchen.

113 and about 7 of them are great, 20 are decent, 50 are mediocre at best and 36 are down right sins to humanity.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom (import)
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition (Actually my roomate's. I prefer the PS2 or Gamecube version JUST because of the controls)
Animal Crossing: City Folk (My Roomate's)
Twilight Princess (just for the twilight hack)

So I guess technically I don't own any real games. There are some out there that I wouldn't mind buying again though.

Ghostbusters - Typical Atari. The game is a little too easy and a little too short. The cartoony art style isn't well executed either. There are some very pretty Wii games, and this isn't one of them. Still, the controls are tight, and the game is highly enjoyable. It's definitely a must for Ghostbusters fans. Final Grade: B-

Godzilla Unleashed - When Godzilla:DAMM came out, it was a decent enough game. Nothing incredibly special about it, but it was a great budget title. Unleashed is the third game in the series, and there has been absolutely no progression. The controllers are okay, but the overall experience is weak. The camera is unacceptably bad at times, and the gameplay is slower and clunkier than I'd like it to be. I realize that giant monsters are supposed to be slow and clunky, but it's frustrating sometimes. The roster is fantastic though, and if you're a huge Godzilla fan, this might be worth owning. Nearly all your favorite monsters are here, except Battra. Battra is only in the PS2 version, and apparently he's super half-assed. The monsters look fantastic, the 3D environments do not. Final Grade: C-, though it's a borderline D.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus - If you're a Guilty Gear fan, GGXXAC+ is the definitive version of GGXX. You know, at least until the next version. Every character, mode, and level that's ever been in GGXX in this game. This is one of the best 2D fighters on any system, but you NEED Gamecube controllers for it. Classic Controllers might work too, I forget. But the Wiimote/Nunchuk controls are awful. Not because it's too hard to fight, mind you, but because it's too easy. Supermoves are now relegated to directional + motion, which completely breaks the gameplay. I suppose it makes Survival Mode easier, but if you're going to cheat at Survival Mode, GGXX probably isn't the game for you.

Okami - Absolutely fantastic. A must-own, especially if you haven't played the original. Even if you have, this version is better. Final Score: A

Super Smash Brothers Brawl - Not quite as good as Melee in terms of depth, especially in 1P modes, but it's an excellent party game and the roster alone makes it worth owning. A bit overrated, but the developers really did try and cram as many levels, music tracks, and characters in there as they could. And you have to respect that. Final Score: B+

NiGHTS: Journey into Dreams - The controls could have been better, but this is very much a worthy sequel to the original game. And like most Sega titles that have been out for over a year, you can get it new for $15-20. Final Score: B

The Simpsons Game - One of the three best Simpsons games ever made, not that that's saying much. The camera is terrible at times, and again, it's too short. But the game is well-written, and there are plenty of nods to the Simpsons universe, as well as to other video games and pop culture. And there's a Will Wright cameo! Unfortunately, this game has a major cut compared to its 360/PS3 counterparts: you can't wander around Springfield. Yes, on the other systems you can actually wander around Springfield. Not so on the Wii version! The game is fun without the quasi-sandbox of Springfield, but it would have been much better with it. Final Score: C- Final Score For The XBox 360 Version: B

Wario Land: Shake It - Fuck that WarioWare bullshit, this is what a Wario game SHOULD be. Hand drawn 2D sprites, great controls, lots of fun. But it's too short, and too easy. Final Score: B-

Aside from the games my mom's coworker gave me that I haven't tried, the only game I own that's completely unplayable is Balls of Fury.

Not to sounds like a dick, but I can't imagine spending money on a gamble about a game that doesn't have any buzz behind it. I own at the moment;

Wii Sports-came with the system

LOZ: Twilight Princess-bought on same day as Wii...GREAT game

Wii Play-got for the extra Wiimote

Super Paper Mario-never read up on it, but was shocked when it wasn't a true RPG...it's ok but not great

Donkey Kong Barrel Blast-got for Christmas, haven't gotten around to playing it, especially since it's not made by Rare and it's not the Donkey Kong I grew up with

Mario Galaxy-also got for Christmas, even though I had already beaten the game of my friend...another great game

Super Smash Bros. Brawl-this is a good game, but for some reason I still think that Melee was more revolutionary...the fact that we didn't get Megaman or Simon Belmont but some jabroni named Lucario

Punch Out Wii-didn't like at first...but goddamn is it fucking awesome...probably the game I play the most for Wii

And the games I'm looking at getting;

A Boy and His Blob remake

Epic Mickey

Mario Galaxy 2

*possibly The New Super Mario Bros. game*

Overall, I'm very good with deciding on what games to get, don't ask why...it's a 6th sense.

I think the only game I don't like that I have is Metroid Prime 3. My reasons

a) the game made me nauseas, twice, in the same spot.

b) Metroid just doesn't work as a first person shooter. Besides, if I'm gonna play a FPS, I want a choice between SMG's, shotguns, pistols, and assault rifles dammit.

c) Having to collect Gunship missiles that serve no purpose whatsoever other than something to collect.

d) Ice Missiles? Seriously?

Brawl, Twilight Princess, MadWorld, Metroid Prime 3, RE4, Dead Rising and Overlord. The last two suck.

a) Which area?
b) It's a first person adventure, hence why you get one beam weapon that upgrades and one missile set that upgrades. The Ammo system in Dark Echoes sucks ass anyway.
c) You used gunship missiles for some barrier clearance, but could also call down a bombing raid in certain open field areas of the game.
d) Likely due to the fact you have a plasma beam and it doesn't make sense for something to melt AND freeze at the same time.

a) Somewhere on Bryyo
c) Yea but you didn't need to gunship missiles to clear barriers
d) or you could just alternate between an ice and plasma beam.
