I try to look at the Playstation Store and it tells me it is "Not available in that region/county". Is anyone else getting this message? Has this ever happened to anyone?

I too am having problems downloading my current demo of need for speed, I'm so uber pi$$ed off about it, it keeps stopping!!!!! WHY? It's been at 9% complete since 10 this morning.

my sarcasm meter is off, so i cant tell if he is serious or not.
but i havent had that problem before phantasm. i would just read the troubleshooting faq & see what that says
