M&Ms and Skittles need to learn what works, or more to the point, what their roles are.
Chocolate Skittles are fucking horrible and in the whole time we had them at the store, I think we may have sold like 3 bags. The same can be said of wild berry M&Ms.
In short, M&Ms needs to stay away from fruit, and Skittles needs to stay away from chocolate/peanut butter/coconut.

I rather liked them myself. Then again, I also like a lot of those weird flavored Kit Kats from Japan too, so I am not a good person to go on as far as tastes are concerned. Some of them are really out there. The cherry blossom flavored, soy sauce flavored, red bean flavored, and corn flavored Kit Kats stick out in my mind right now. I loved every one of them though. They keep changing them all the time too. Japan must've had at least a hundred different flavors of Kit Kat so far.

Actually those peanut butter and banana reeses don't look too bad. The deciding factor, I guess, would be the quality of the so-called banana. If its decent, those could be awesome.

I know this has come up before, but why don't we have a food forum? I would imagine that would get a hell of a lot more traffic than the sports forum.

do marketers actually think that skid and mudflap are good pr? I mean really, they were the worst part of Transformers 2, the movie would have been a better without them and now M&Ms is using them to sell candy. Good grief.
Although, from what i gather from the thread, the strawberry M&Ms sound like abominations just like the twins so, it's a perfect match.

a food forum would also free up traffic in the general forums which is a plus.

I believe the typical reasoning behind not having a food forum is that after the initial burst of posts, the place would be very dead. Once you get past the things like favorite foods, favorite recipes, which fast food is good, weirdest food you've eaten, and any threads like this about new foods/candies, there's not much left to discuss. Food isn't really like TV, Movies or Video Games, with new innovations being made every single day.

I don't know. We could talk about all sorts of crappy cereal and stuff. We could also talk about the worst case of food posioning, eating stuff with mold 'cause were too lazy to make something for dinner, etc. Either way, I bet it would get more traffic than the sports forum is getting now.
C'mon! Food Forum!
