I finally managed to try out one of the PSOne emulators and it works great, so I'm not trying to find a good library of games that I missed out on 10 years ago to play today. I figured this would be the best place to get some recommendations, so fire away guys. What do you think are the best PSOne games, or at least, which ones should I play?
Note: I've already played through Symphony of the Night.

Wow that's awesome, thanks a ton guys. And yeah Douche, there are many, many games for the PSX which is why I needed some lists from the experts (you guys) as, while I had a PSX as a young teenager, the whole thing kind of passed me by, so I have no real frame of reference when choosing which games to play.
Edit: Also, if any of you guys know this, I just beat Richter in Symphony of the Night and I know you're supposed to be taken to the inverted castle after that, but it just took me back to the title screen where I could only load my game from before beating Richter. I have the gold and silver rings, so shouldn't I have gone to the other castle? What am I doing wrong?

You need to go to the clock in the middle of the castle with both rings on to get the holy glasses from Maria. Equip those during your battle, beat shaft instead, go to the inverted castle.

The only ones I can think of that haven't been mentioned already are Xenogears, Martian Gothic, and One Piece Mansion.

God there were so many good games on the ps1, print off a top 200 list , pin it to the wall, and throw darts randomly at it, you are bound to get good games left and right.

I was a big Tenchu fan. This game handled stealth the way MGS should have.

I actually think Tekken 3 sacrificed balanced gameplay for more extras, it's still fun with friends though.

And ladies and gentleman, this is one of the reasons why Tekken 3 wasn't as balanced as Tekken 2. Seriously, Eddie Gordo is only outdone by Ken in terms of total noobish fanbase and move-set.

It's because noobs often rely on the same kicks. If you're good enough, you can do the more devistating stuff but it's also a gamble because people can take a better advantage of the openings you receive. I only use Eddy or Christy in tournaments or when I have to kick an asshole off a Tekken Machine. Other then that I use Julie or Hwang.

Hwang's another nooby asshole, at least in Tekken 5. >_>
I apologize if you actually use him right, but you don't realize the experience I had back when T3 was new and I had to go through more Eddie Gordos than I did fighting Chun-Lis and Kens on Street Fighter III machines.

Oh I hear you on that, but to be honest, Tekken is kind of the Noob fighter nowadays anyways...
Nightmare Creatures wasn't too bad
C-12 Final Resistance
Clock Tower
Clock Tower II
Dead or Alive
Devil Dice
No One Can Stop Mr. Domino....
I keep pulling these out of my closet and find more surprises... I can't believe I had so many of these games

No worries Cameron, I already had SH on my list before I even posted this thread.
Are all of those games good Slayer, or just ones you own?

I've come to estimate that I have about 200 Playstation games. I'll pull out Contender2 and baldies and just shutter as to why I have them. I'd only put the ones that I would play again or in some cases, my emulator has been burning with. I don't have Suikoden II but I do for my emu. Yes, I really have that many, mostly because of the PS2 release but also because of my youthful inability at the time to realize what was a good game.
