XBox 1 controller Left Thumbstick problem

When I turn on a game with my MadCats Microcon, the Left Thumbstick is not only unfunctional, but it seems to be always going down/left no matter where I move it. Any suggestions, cause I kinda wanted to play Halo with more than 2 players.
