Apparently Steven Seagal has been working in Louisiana as an actual police deputy, and there will now be a reality TV show about it. Somebody pinch me, just so I can prove to myself that I'm not in some sort of crazy-ass fantasy land where fat ex-action movie stars composed almost entirely of pork products can actually cut it as policemen.

Its just weird. But its not like Seagal is stupid or physically incompetant, he's just got a gigantic ego and a thing for the environment. So really he's just fine as the popo.

Seagal's the man, and he actually is legit at being able to fight, his movies just always tend to be over-the-top.

I wonder what the ratio of people on the streets who 'shit them selves'/'laugh their asses off' when seeing him on patrol.

Man the only way I'll quit breaking laws would be if Steven Segal himself broke through the door.

I wouldn't want to mess with him if he can put all of his weight into one kick, imagine how devastating that would be.

You know this bring up a good point, when Homer became a boxer, i half expected Bart to snarkenlly say 'come on Homer, put all your weight into it' and then Homer pucnhes the mick tyson esque character out of the ring.

If someone who is heavy weight could put all there weight into one punch then it could knock out chuck norris.

If you've ever seen other master aikido masters, they're usually shaped like the Grimace, as to be expected from a martial art that's high on center of gravity and low on movement.

I mean, the man doesn't need to be an acrobat or an athlete to snap an elbow.

Yeah because he could never do those moves when he wasn't a fatass.

What I'm saying is that unlike most martial arts he can still kick ass despite being painfully out of shape.
