The whole video has hilariously awful acting that MIGHT be good in a porno, but the true magic starts at around 5:20, when it becomes a music video.
I love that song. It's some of the cheesiest 80's metal I've heard in my life, and that's saying something on my part. This video is so weird, it's almost surreal. I seriously think it provided a life-changing experience for me. It's hard to explain.

Apparently this is a clip from a movie called Rock 'n' Roll Nightmare, and here's what wiki has to say about it:
