The third movie is usually the worst.

The only good thing about Ace Ventura was that Cannibal Corpse was in it for 15 seconds.

The Alien vs. Predator idea dates back to at least 1989, when Dark Horse published the first Alien vs. Predator comic. The 1990 film Predator 2 showed an Alien "trophy" on the Predator ship, which intended to set up the Alien vs. Predator film, but it would be another 14 years before such a film was released.

Also, AvP for the 3D0 was one of, like, three games worth owning on that system.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

Shrek The Third is terrible compared to the first one and bad compared to Shrek 2.

There are few exceptions. I thought Saw3 was slightly better than Saw2. However most horror movies are pretty awful right from the start.

I don't see how if something wasn't intended to be a trilogy and becomes one is an excuse for a bad film.

Ace Ventura 3 was a huge letdown. I love the first and the second but the third was just a stupid familiy move disney channel style,

I didn't even know they made a third one.

Just like with Dumb and Dumberer and Son of Mask, I don't count Jim Carrey movie sequels without Jim Carrey as real proper sequels.

Evan All Mighty was decent, especially for a Steve Carell movie.

I personally don't know why people like X2 so much.

Scream 3 sucked, but I thought Scary Movie 3 was better than the first two (even though that isn't saying much)

I can understand your view, but I think most would consider another film added onto a series that was not intended to be there a quick cash grab and rushed. Not all would apply to this, but I would say quite a few do.

I think that Jurassic Park 3 was much better then the second one. It seems to be more of a direct sequel then the second movie was. The Lost World was God awful in my opinion. Bringing a T-Rex to San Diego? Retarded.

I think Toy Story 2 was the better than 1 and 3 in my opinion (3 being the worst).
If they count, the original 3 Muppet movies are all awesome, but I think the 3rd one, Take Manhattan, is the best one (followed very closely by Caper).

Also, I love Raiders, but I'd rather watch Last Crusade.

You and I might be the only ones that think this. I thought that the first two were rather middling and you had to listen to get the jist of it.

Let's see, some people might think that Halloween 3 was bad (I haven't seen it yet), just because it wasn't a Michael Myers pic.

Jaws 3 was bad.

Here's one no one has talked about: Alien 3. I haven't seen it, heard it was bad. Film nuts may say that Back to the Future 3 was bad, but that's because as a stand alone picture it's not spectacular, and we all cloud our views of it with fondness and nostalgia. Terminator 3 of course. I think that somehow T3 is both worse and better than we remember it. I always look at it differently every time I watch it.

Every Scary Movie sucked. Scary Movie is the lowest, basest, most pathetic form of comedy.

Even though I enjoyed them I kind of have to agree here, because I know I laugh at the worst kind of comedy. My brain knows they are terrible but it just can't help but love them. Also, I love Jackass which is some terrible humor as well.

On topic though, Poltergeist 3 was the worst movie of that series. Though I do force myself to watch it, because it came on one of those discs that has 2 and 3 on the same disc. Poltergeist is my favorite "scary" movie of all time.

Don't knowingly piss off fans of South Park for no good reason other than to defend movies that are literally for 15 year old brats. Seriously, stop it.

It's really not that big of a deal, I've just never heard a grown person prefer Scary Movie to South Park. Wait they aren't really comparable anyways. Whatever, I haven't slept it 2 days. SHABLAGOO.

Your choice in entertainment has nothing to do with your intelligence level. As long as you've laughed, the film and the filmmakers have done their job. Smile

But enough of my group hug, hippie talk.

The third Bourne Conspiracy film is actually better than the original and the sequel.

Honestly, I would have enjoyed Scary Movie if there wasn't so much dick in it. I watch horror movies to see lady parts, not man parts. I don't recall there being any tits in that movie, which is ridiculous.

There were tits. You didn't want to see them but they were there. I could link them for you but to be honest it was bad enough the first time. They were all hairy... You probably just repressed it.

No tits, but there was some braided pubic hair sticking out of that Jamaican chicks swimsuit at the beauty contest! Wait, why does that turn me on?

Alien 3 was actually not that bad. It just couldn't compare to the first two movies which were masterpieces.
