Porn Off update. Why am I including it here? Because it pertains to this match.

If the IRC Revolution loses tonight, I may be too heartbroken to continue putting up the polls over the next several days....maybe even weeks. You may say to your computer screen, "So what? Crazy Bastard or Captain Pollution can do it instead." Unfortunately, that's not true.

Crazy Bastard is gone for several days (maybe longer) and will not be able to sign on. Captain Pollution dropped out of helping with the polls earlier this week. Not sure why, but it was OK because Crazy Bastard and I were the only organizers (gathered and submitted pics, organized logistics, scheduling, created a bracket), and Captain was just going to put up a few polls if there was a night where either CB or I weren't around.

So, this leaves it to just me for the foreseeable future. Am I saying if we lose I won't do the Porn Off? Absolutely not. I'm just saying I may not be as motivated in the next several days to put them up as scheduled. There may be delays. My heart may literally break. Do you know how hard it is to look at naked women with a broken heart? It's tough. And a loss will likely break my heart.

Just saying.

Wow, what a close battle.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who voted for the IRC Revolution. We obviously needed every vote given to us, and we appreciate the support very much. Also, thank you to anyone who voted in this battle in general. The close vote tallies the entire time made it a lot of fun.

Thank you to the Polluters of Time and Space. You were extremely difficult opponents to face both on a personal level, and obviously in the confines of this competition. I am sure that if you had won you would have continued success in this Forum Battle.

Finally, thank you to my partner Fernin. He is a great guy to collaborate with and he takes ideas and images that I have and improves upon them 20 fold. I'd be screwed without him as a partner.

Whew, I'm glad this is finally over.

IRC Revolution takes the match 31-30.

Heh, great match, guys. You earned the win, definitely. I really can't believe how close it was the entire time, or that you only won by that much. Really, I expected to get demolished. The first time Tardis and I saw we were winning, both of our reactions were "...wait, what?" (albeit with differin punctuation), and that pretty well sums up our mentality, going in.

Anyway, again, great match guys. Congratulations.

Great battle guys.. I tried really hard to push for Captain Pollution, I don't think there's any other team in the competition with a chance to beat IRC revolution. Was a close battle, great job to both teams, and I have to admit Fernin did some neat images, though it was funny to see the contrast in Klimb and Fernin's styles... totally different. Klimb tries to be logical and manipulative, and Fernin goes for humor/coolness in his designs.

Great work again, be very interested in seeing the rest of the battles!
