It wasn't in my period, but my 11th grade English class was covering Of Mice and Men. We were watching it on VHS (from the school's own library). Long story short, one of the assistant principals came into the class for something right at a point where one of the characters said some profanity. He immediately walked up, stopped the tape and "confiscated" it (assuming you can apply that term to taking something you own in the first place). If it was from the school library, logic dictates that it was allowed viewing! |
What I find really stupid is that we are all above 13 so we should be able to watch it
I didn't say this exactley but even PG needs permission slips
