At the same time, the special effects look pretty good considering it's low-budget. I was particularly impressed by how good Mega Man's warp looked.

It looks pretty decent for a fan movie with the budget equivalent to spare change found under the couch; however:
- Someone finally was able to recreate Amy Rose as a human. "Rockuru!"
- Dr. Light really needs to stop going to the tan salon.
- Dr. Wily needs to buy acne cream.

I watched it.
I dunno, it certainly wasn't bad. I'm not positive it was good either, but I'll be damned if I didn't have a shit load of fun watching it. It weirded me out.

I liked it. The acting wasn't the greatest, but Dr. Wily definitely stole the show. Fights were over too quick, Rock didn't really struggle against anybody (cept one).
