I run/work out pretty regularly.

A word of advice for "newbie" runners... mix it up. As with any cardiovascular exercise, running ALL the time will have diminishing returns as far as weight loss goes if you don't "trick" your body. Obviously running is good exercise, but as some have already said, swimming is great, and don't underestimate the elliptical machine if you have access to a gym.

Don't get me wrong, I love the rush of running 4-5 miles or so, but (1) if you're trying to get in shape, you'll need to mix it up, and (2) ALWAYS running takes a terrible toll on your knees and ankles.

Thou, because I am wroth, be not dismayed, for I shall win the strife, whoever circle round within for the defence. This their insolence is not new, for of old they used it at a less secret gate, which still is found without a bolt. Above it thou didst see the dead inscription; and already on this side of it
descends the steep, passing without escort through the circles,
One such that by him the city shall be opened to us.

Well we have a pool at the apartment complex, I'll just drown all the kids and do some laps.

Seems like a perfectly crazy, wreckless and unreasonable thing to do.

I find that drowning the elderly makes for a good warmup. They're not as quick.

You know if there are enough people in a pool you can make it look like you can run on water.

Though it isn't very nice to run on peoples heads. This Is A Joke

Never mind it is Twisted Evil

I'm so bananas I'm showing up to your open casket,
to fill it up with explosive gases,
and close it back,
with a lit match in it,
while I sit back, and just hope it catches.

Blow you to fragments,
laugh,
roll you, and smoke the ashes.
