You know that Chess and Checkers use the same board, right?

MK Chess was pretty lame, but the kart game wasn't bad. And it wasn't MK Tetris. It was MK's answer to Super Puzzle Fighter. It wasn't as good as Puzzle Fighter, but as far as bonus features go, it was pretty cool.

Yeah, I do. But this wasn't checkers, either. This was an abomination.

It was a turn-based strategy game that happened to involve MK-style fighting.

it still sucked.

I could win the whole game jsut because I was good at MK, no matter how many stupid moves I made. I could practically throw my pieces away, then win the fight, and still dominate the game.

and mk's answer to puzzle fighter sucked just as much as street fighter tetris did.

"At Herald Square, there were no lines outside the Toys "R" Us store at Herald Square. But inside, shoppers, including many Japanese women, were scooping up as many as 10 Tamagotchi packages, priced at $14.99 each, before heading for the cash register."

Or they were bootleg, or it wasn't right when they came out? It was ten years ago, after all.

Look up:

It was a rip-off of those.

It would have been better if it had classic Mega Man gameplay.

True, true. Plus Mega man may look worse in Legends, but Roll has improved:

I'm familiar with Archon, Knyte.

Valdronius is a big fan of the C64 version, which I've never played. I fucking hate the NES version though.
