It was the opening theme to the 1st Series of Ranma 1/2. One of the all time greatest anime series!

she's a gook musician, but she does songs in multiple languages, sometimes even switching langauge in the middle of the song. Really soft stuff. "Life is like a boat" was the first ending theme to bleach also.

she's kind of like a gook michelle branch, but better.

I find, that alot of the bleach themes and closings are really catchy, and I end up liking the bands alot after I look them up. This happened to High and Mighty COLOR as well.

oh yeah, if you want I can send you her CDs probably.

When I first read the above lyrics, it was as if PUSA was in my head playing it. I sure was disappointed when I found out by the image that it was Raffi. Bananaphone killed me.

Taste is a matter of opinion, but I will say that in terms of favored music, I feel a bit outcast on this site. There seems to be quite a few on here who like emo, punk, metal, screaming stuff, and whatnot, and that stuff drives me nuts. I much more prefer more technically inclined music, something I can wrap my head around. Granted, I have songs I like that aren't really that technical, like some AC/DC and some Metallica to name a few, but mostly... eh. Most of today's music just sounds the same for the most part, and with nothing to "chew on" for myself, it just makes for a lot of noise.
