These people piss me off beyond belief. Translation:

"I am a bigger Nirvana than you, I am up Kurts ass more than you, ergo fuck off and die"

I could go forever.

There is another band that i often read the comments and want to die reading but it has skipped my mind as to who they are.

Like i don't have a problem with people liking bands (why would i?) like i said i like Nirvana but when they come off with stupid shit like this..holy fuck.

2. When people watch covers of bands and then say that it's shit because it didn't cover it EXACTLY like the original.

It's pretty ironic that the fangirls who are like that are the type of people who would've seriously pissed off Kurt Cobain. Thank God most of Alice in Chains' fanbase is nowhere close to as retarded as they are.

Hate em or love through, Their concerts looked fun. And the reason they have "legacy" is because, well they're pretty damn good at it, I mean Tom Morello's guitar in "Bulls on Parade" is freakin' amazing.

Now politics wise, I mean again I give them props for attempting to get kids into politics and those kids developed the whole indiemedia we have today. As well as "informing" the masses of the imprisonment of Mumia,EZLN, the vouch for more than a two-party system. United farm Workers, Human Rights, cuz guarantee nobody else would've mention that. Either these people are fully aware of how much they suck and are just doing it as a means for money, or they're the absolute stupidest motherfuckers, and the only people stupider are the people who actually enjoy that shit.

I seem to be stuck in a generation warp, I listen to mostly stuff that came out when I was a child, stuff I was aware of, but didn't listen to since I was a fucking child and I didn't understand it. My musical cutoff is around 2000, that's when things became sour to me.

Too much fusion music, people should just go back to simple combinations like Jazz-punk , pop-black metal etc.

the fact it took me three years to find a song from of a movie, only to find out how horrible it is.

Disagreed...I like fusion music...sure some of it DOES suck, but there's other stuff that just sounds phenomenal. Combining elevetor music with scatting and compiling that with rock tech, you get some real interesting stuff. The problem lies with how they put a genre on EVERYTHING, so all this shit can carry over on one way or the other.

I can see where your coming from, like that "crab-core" band, I'd just simply classify them simply as a Christian-Hardcore punk or what have you. As long as you make good music, your genre shouldn't really count that much.

And to be fair, most of the time whenever I'm on an other message boards people just seem to post the shitty bands/artist. So I really haven't heard true fusion music, except Sky Eats Airplane, if they count. (awesome band by the way)
