You have the questions, I got the answers. (Or I got the spare time to hunt down the answers for you.)

Ask anything Videogaming related and I will answer it.

None, there has never been a software publisher or devolper named "Raresoft". If you mean Rare LTD, which used to go by the name "Rareware" then thier first NES game was Slalom in 1987. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slalom_(video_game))

If you mean first game for Nintendo in general, then it would be "Knight Lore" for the Famicon Disk System in 1984.

The famous Princess of the Mario series, was first refered to as "Peach" in the US release of "Yoshi's Safari" for the SNES in 1993.

It's looks like at the moment $130 - $150 is the going rate for them.

Alright, because I'm deciding on whether or not I want one. They seem pretty cool. Smile

Is Braid only a downloadable game for the 360, in other words do I need Xbox live to be able to play it?

Knyte,

I have a few questions:

1) Not including the remake of Metroid Prime, what will the next Metroid game be?

2) I broke the CD on my Dungeon Siege media. Can I get another copy without paying for it?

3) Do any of those bio-feedback products work?

Braid, at the moment, is only a Xbox Live title, however it will be available for PC on March 31, via Steam and Impulse.

Nintendo is trying to find solutions to expand the Wii's storage issues without having to make an add-on device. (ie USB HDD and such.) SD Cards seem to be the way they are going. SD Card are very cheap now, and thier capacy is growing all the time. As long as Nintendo can send Firmware updates to support the larger cards. (ie SDHC) If the Wii can properly use SDHC cards, then storage space is no longer an issue as SDHC specifications allow it to use up to 2 terrabytes of memory.

1) There is no word yet from Nintendo or Retro Studios regarding the next Metroid game. But, we all know one is coming at some point. Fun Fact: The next game would be technically "Metroid XI".

2)Well, you could send the broken disc to Microsoft and ask for a replacement. They will either laugh at you, or offer to sell you a replacement for a fee. The other option you have is to download a copy of the game. This is a gray area however. If you download a copy of the game, then you are pirating it. However, if you have already purchased said game, then you are mearly downloading a backup of the copy you already have. If you can justify it to yourself, go for it. Otherwise, go buy another copy. Dungeon Siege can be found for next to nothing nowadays.

3)This is the best one I have ever seen:
http://tngames.com/products/

It hits you with 5 lbs of force, everytime your character gets hit in game. It only works for 20 games so far, and it is only for PC. There is also a helmet coming soon that will hit you in the head.

Note from the company:
Quote:
TN GamesĀ® proprietary impact-generating technology utilizes a lightweight, durable air compressor system to fire fully customizable pneumatic cells, each capable of delivering up to 5 lbs of force. Cells fire at their own rates, force, and duration, giving players a wide array of sensory experiences that include punches, kicks, stabs, bullets, blasts, G-force, and other types of environmental contact effects as they happen to their character in the game.

The 3rd Space vest is the first product to harness TN Games' impact-generating technology. The vest communicates with compatible games to give precise, 3 dimensionally accurate impacts where it happens, as it happens. The vest uses 8 anatomically located contact points (4 front and 4 back) to simulate the direction and force of contact effects in a wide variety of First Person Shooter and Role Playing games.

The 3rd Space Vest connects through a standard USB drive to any PC and can be used in both single player and multiplayer environments.

Actually, I believe the "G-Factor" they are referring to is the Yobo "Factor 5" game console, as it came with a 5-in-1 multicart of homebrew games, and one of them has lightgun support. The multicart that comes with the Factor-5 is shaped just like it shows on the FC-3 box.

No on Starcraft II. (Didn't like the first one), and maybe on Diablo III. (Loved I, was sick of Diablo when II came out, and didn't play it much. III looks promising, and worth trying.)

I've seen this before, but I heard it's highly unreliable from time to time.. though it can give you a nice massage.
How can you wire you PSP for the remote access to your PS3?

Barry Leitch

The music in Top Gear mostly consists of remixed tracks from the Lotus series of racing games on the Amiga produced by Leitch. For example, the title music of Top Gear is taken from the ending of Lotus Turbo Challenge 2, and the third race of each country uses a remixed version of the Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge title theme.

Barry Leitch has also done music for such games as:
Airborne Ranger (Atari ST & Amiga versions)
Double Dragon (C=64 Version)
Gauntlet Legends (All versions)
Gauntlet Dark Legacy (All versions)
Wing Commander 2 (PC)
Wing Commander 3 (PC & PS1)
Wing Commander: Privateer - Righteous Fire Expansion (PC)
Among many more.

Here's his website:
