Let's play something, because I'm largely uninteresting & obese
We've got the following choices:
Nox
Baldur's Gate
TF2
Street Fighter III
Mario Kids

Why are those the options? We could do a mame 4-player tourney sort of thing if we wanted to organize some sort of competition chart real quick, or play a game like starcraft on the fly. MAME would be pretty easy to set up some netplay with through the kalleira network.

I'd be up for some SF3 even though I suck at it. What client should I use?
Also what about some hott 6 man X-Men action?

Oh shit, can you play 6-man on kaillera? I'd be down for X-Men.
X-MEN...WELCOME, TO DIE.
As far as the Mame to use, I'm using MamePPK 119, which seems to be pretty much the standard these days.

As for Third Strike, or any other roms, just ask me in PM's or something and I'll get you sorted out.
I have Starcraft and Brood War, although I'm somewhat over that game by this point.
Is Warcraft III worth purchasing? I heard it has some fun custom maps, we could play those.

Yeah, I love tired-ass beat 'em ups with one button to attack with and a game I've played 5 thousand times, as opposed to something different or that takes any skill.

yeah you're right man we should totally play a fighting game with a broken engine, and a tired update to the rogue genre but without any of the replayability or fun. we could all play pyro's on tf2 though!!

Just because you're horrible at a game doesn't make it broken you baddie
Nox is fucking awesome and it's just a classic dungeon crawl. Nothin' wrong with it. Baldur's Gate is basically second edition D&D, but it has online play. Are you just some kind of fun hater?
TF2 is okay, nothing too special but it's fun to play with friends. For the record Pyro is a cheap loser class that people who can't aim play as

I forget how Battlenet works. Could we play Diablo 2 on a private Battlenet?

If you have a legit CD key, D2 works on normal Battle net. If not, we could get on Hamachi and do a virtual lan.

NOX seems interesting. I would give it a try, but since I'm fat and uninteresting, I'd probably better play WoW.
I'm going to download NOX when I get home.

Hey if guys start playing D2 let me know, I need to start over again unless it's open cause in that case I've got a decent beginner assasain. And I think with a private channel that you can make on your own, then I think it would work. That or if a person is running their own game server people could join it normally.

I had a level 80+ Bone Necro that could go toe-to-toe with Hell Baal. I don't want to play that game again... but I probably would.

We should see who is able to get through the Grand Prix mode on Sonic 3 the fastest.

Let's make something fucking happen here already. We should also use the IRC channel for this, as it's hard to schedule multiplayer sessions via a message board.

We should try and get more use out of IRC anyways. There are a lot of situations of people posting back and forth when it would be easier to just use the channel.
