I had a girlfriend who used to do this crap.
I didn't find out until after she dumped me for her not-so-ex-boyfriend.
If she had told me before we broke up, I woulda dumped her hardcore.

Is it a distaste for cosplay, or your apparent bitterness speaking? Nothing wrong with cosplaying, unless you start doing it at work or something.

I think cosplay is okay as long as you put enough effort into it so that you don't look like some weeaboo jackass, and you don't put so MUCH effort into it so that it consumes your life. Also, I appreciate it when cosplayers stick to characters of which they share a gender. Please, no more man-Fayes.
I've put thought into cosplaying before, but I've only wanted to do characters with really simple designs like Phoenix Wright or some Metal Slug character. I think of it as just, y'know, putting on a costume and messing around for a day, and not as much "MY ANIME SPIRIT IS BEING FULFILLED!!!"
I will admit, though, that I've always had an inherent distaste for the cosplaying institution as a whole because of this one guy at my high school who came in a Naruto costume every day. He even had a kunai that he'd pull out at lunch and play with. I mean, there's a fine line between "Oh boy I like anime" and "OH BOY MY LIFE'S A MESS".

I'd dress up as Scorpion or someone for Halloween or a costume party, but that's about it.
And Bluey, haven't you killed enough people to be promoted yet? I would've sent your lazy ass to a grinder by now. (I've been playing a lot of C&C today.)

Its basically like halloween, except its cool for people to loath it. I'm not convinced its any worse than fat guys that go to football games without shirts, covered in team colors with a single character so that he and a bunch of other fat guys can collectively convey some inane thought using their beer bellies.
I would cosplay as my avatar character though. Or Q from SFIII.

Your avatar is cool though.
I dunno, anime weirds me out, so there's something deeply creepy about a chick who dresses up like a half-cat person...I always think that there's some sort of odd sexual side to it, which I'm not into.

You reminded me to give myself a very special promotion. ...Yeah. I don't... actually have any cameo icons besides the Initiate, Tesla Trooper, and Navy SEAL.
I make such a terrible Yuri commander. I never use the Grinder because I always feel so bad about it. The only reason I ever build it is to have the option to build MCVs and because I modded my game so that Grinders make credits on their own like oil derricks. (I've been playing a lot of C&C for like the past two months.)

Yet not all cosplay involves anime nor half-cat persons, nor chicks. Lighten up.

But the best way to make money as Yuri is to use psychic towers and shit to control enemy units, and then grind the crap ones. The slaveminer isn't worth a damn.
And also, you could get cameo icons by printscreening the game.

My assumption is that Knyte didn't actually take any of those pictures, while LS probably did.
