The Ouroboros from the first level of Strider is the coolest damn boss ever. Who would be inclined to disagree?

The first level boss in Battletoads. I don't know if it was the first 2nd person perspective fight, but it was my first experience with it.

I like the fight between Kratos and the sisters of fate in God Of War II. I also enjoyed fighting Ganondorf in Wind Waker. That fight was more enjoyable than I expected it to be.

And of course Tiny in Wrath of the Black Manta
