For me, it's alternating between Lamb of God's "As The Palaces Burn" and "Laid to Rest". Wait, now it's Overkill's "Kill At Command". Now, it's Pantera's "Fucking Hostile".

I constantly have music running through my head (sometimes it's songs I've written but haven't even played yet) but if i get Panama by Van Halen stuck in my head, it's there for a few days at least

The last time I had a song stuck in my head was some disney channel pop crap that was on t.v. in the next room and I didn't turn it off in time and that crap got stuck in my head....though after several attempts at listening to music on my computer I finally played some In Flames and the song went away...god I hate disney channel.[/u]
