That wasn't a joke, Mr. Meatloaf, that's actual conclusive, proven science. Spinach has iron, too much iron is bad for you, and leads to gout. There is no conclusive evidence that artificial sweetners are bad for you. Everyone seems to agree that they probably are. But that's zeitgeist, not fact.

I actually do try to drink some water in the shower, because tap water contains fluoride, which is good for your teeth.
