I think all those are allowed. Just don't HIT anyone with it.
Well, if it's 2 players, I'm sure that goofball Jimmy Lee is allowed to be hit |
Correct and absolutely correct.

I've done pretty good so far Tonight I had the option of going to a "party" or sorts with some friends of mine, with some hot girls I'm trying to get to know better or stay home and work on the Challenge. I'm SOOO glad I sent my run in today early

Football wouldn't effect anything, it's just going to be an ESPN group so it will calculate everything I won't have to touch it except to make my picks. There is rumor to be a sequel in the works...no new information can be revealed at this time.
Note* I will have a robot checking device in the future.

This has been one really hard challenge. I haven't gotten past level 1 yet.

For this challenge in particular I seem to play best my first game, then progressively worse if I keep playing on Must be that tilt thing. This definitely isn't a game of speed or thinking TOO far ahead.
Which is probably why I play best the first time in. I hit all the moves with almost perfect accuracy, seem to be just far enough ahead of the bosses to survive, and don't randomly jump on thrown weapons.

A thing about these challenges I like is exploring the games programming finding the weaknesses and flaws that allow the player to win easier. It also involves memorising where enemies are etc.
Also, for this current challenge, I just wanted to ask how many people have been in the situtation where you are between two guys and they beat the living shit out of you and you can't move and you either die or are close to dying if you break free of it? When that happens to me I get so annoyed.

I've done and recorded this round exactly once. I didn't make it out of the first room.
...I don't have the courage to try again.

I'm sure you can get out of the room. This is for distance, so those who don't submit something can still place under you Send it whatever you have recorded and give it another shot.

Again on this Sydlexia NES Championship: The Sequel, or Sydlexia NES Championship II. Whatever yall plan on calling it, I can help promote it given enough time to do the research. You may need someone else to help with the record keeping if it gets to too many people
I know there's a huge amount of people like us(and the rest of the forum) that would love to do something like this if only they knew where it was and what they had to do to participate.

Maybe it's an SNES championship. |
Round 3: Sim City. Fastest time to Metropolis.
Wow... that'd be boring to watch Actually I'd LOVE to play Contra III in a SNES Championship . Not because I'm good at it, but because the game is awesome. the music is great too. Make us play level 3. Best music in the game.

I'd also like to be a part of another possible NES Championship, or SNES Championship. Maybe an arcade competition.

You're one of those half-empty people huh?
I'm really enjoying this. It lets us show that our long hours of gaming in our childhood wasn't for nothing
I love CS, but if it weren't for honing my reflexes in the old, classically hard video games I'd be horrible at this stuff. I'm feared at my local store, which is good enough for me
I like this contest because it's also how I think when I play. "This hasn't been before, I'm gonna try it."

Ya know, since I've played this game a lot more than I ever have this past week, it's got amazing potential for a remake. Not that "The Day The Earth Stood Still" remake either, but a good one.
The game is actually pretty interesting straight through, it was always the 1 life thing people had a problem with(and faulty controls), but otherwise it's a pretty cool game. Plus, those guys that do those jumping sliding kicks are pretty cool. They'd be like, drunk Matrix guys now.
