Which Dark Ritual artwork is it?

Also 26 lands? That's way too many.

No idea what artwork, probably the most recent one (Masques). And 26 land is a bit high normally, but the decks do have a high curve too.

Drool... I love angel decks. Though it is kinda weak other than Akroma and one Serra Angel. Reya's an awesome card, but doesn't get much chance to play with her 9 mana cost.

The demon deck doesn't seem like anything special. I could build it out of my boxes of unused cards.

Aw, I don't care about new art for Duress, why not give Dark Ritual or Breeding Pit new art instead? I would have thought Soul Warden would have made the Divine list.

The lists are definitely disappointing, but there's foil Akroma and Demonic Tutor. I would've liked either new art on the Dark Ritual or the original art, although that'd look awful in the new frame.

The other exciting thing about this is that because Breeding Pit is in it, we finally get real Thrull tokens!!!

Does it actually come with Thrull tokens?

I believe it does. The other duel decks came with tokens, so these should come with Thrulls and Spirit tokens.

Kinda weird that a deck touting itself as "Demonic" is populated mainly by imps. Crappy imps at that.

No one would have bought the more accurately named "Clerics vs. Imps" deck

I'll probably pick it up for the foils and the Demonic Tutor.

If I had to guess, this is most likely Akroma's new pic:

EDIT: Here's the box with the foils on the front:

Yeah, I don't much care for Akroma's new art, while I love the Lord's.

The new artwork for Lord of The Pit looks great. It kind of reminds me of the Balrog from the Lord of The Rings movies.

The artwork is great, but LotP is an AWFUL choice for a mythic rare, and especially for the opposition to Akroma. It should really be either Reiver Demon, Kuro Pitlord, and Spirit of the Night (Though a deck with foil Akroma and foil Spirit would make the magic community collective orgasm)

If you believe Jeebus, Slivers are going to be the next Vault set. Except he said that Exiled was going to be Slivers before they announced it. Jeebus pretty much just makes stuff up about Magic...

I said my guess was that slivers were next, not that I knew.

You strongly implied, giving the impression you knew for sure at say, an 80% certainty level!

Also, I'm really not thrilled about most of the new art choices they made for this set; Ooh look! Faith's Fetters is fettering a Reiver Demon! Who just happens to be in this set! Isn't that awesome? Oh ha ha, he he! Ok, how bout new art for Barter in Blood or Kuro instead...

And Stinkweed Imp gets new art? Really?

Stinkweed Imp is played in legacy, so giving that new artwork (along with Duress) will increase demand for the product. Also, these come out this week, either Thursday or Friday I forget.

Also also, we just got in our shipment of boxes we ordered, so we have both Dissension and Russian Planar Chaos for $3 each or 4 for $10!!!

So what's the deal with foreign cards?

Do people play them as normal cards?

Do they just collect them to say, "Check out this Pit Lord, it's Japanese?"

I mean, from the seller POV, why the demand for foriegn cards?
