It depends what program you're using to run the DVD. This won't work with Windows Media Player. When you print screen, it will look like it worked, but when you reload the screenshot, there will be a black box where the video was.
PRINT SCREEN will work with InterActual Player, but not other players like Real Player or even PowerDVD. PowerDVD has its own screenshot option, but I've never had any luck getting it to work.
