For some reason ever since I was like 10 or 11 I have had this problem where I would need some people to repeat what they said 2-3 times, but sometimes it would take only on time for me to hear it. Should I get it checked out?

Yeah, get a hearing screening. If it's not your hearing they'll probably say it's an attention deficit disorder or some shit like that.

I know, I tell everyone I know that I have a hearing problem, but they said its Selective Hearing. I say its not because I always hear just about everything even if I dont want to hear it, but I swear that every time I get a hearing screening they swear that my hearing is fine. But I cant hear people sometimes unless repeated multiple times.

If the doc's say it's not a hearing problem, then it's not. You said yo uhear what they say but need it repeated, that means your brain is not registering what you just heard, so you aren't sure what they just said.
If it's not hearing, then something in your brain has likely been damaged, you said it was around age 10-11, if you think really hard, maybe you experienced a blow to the head around then or something.
That, or it could be ADD like was mentioned.

I wouldn't, I'm pretty sure my skull serves some sort of important function in keeping me alive. 
Why would you do it for money? You'd just have to use the money you got from the procedure to buy a helmet to protect your brain.

A hearing test can't hurt you and as long as you are insured (and even if your not), I dont think it could be wildly expensive.
