I get sleep paralysis, according to friends, more often than average. I would say it happens like 3-4 times a year for me, and it sucks every time.

When I eat White Castles, the next morning I have foulest smelling green apple splatters known to man.

Call it what you will.

On the rare occasion, I wake up in the middle of the night and my calf muscle tightens.

A sign that I'm getting out of shape.

Oh yeah, its like your dreaming and la-di-da your going along and all of a sudden a life threatening event happens and you wake up IMMEDIATELY and then go "oh, i was just dreaming" and then go to sleep. More or Less. I have that occasionally, more often when I am completely exhausted.
