I don't mean the movies, but by the comics. If the two went up against each other, who would come out on top? Unlike the Korgoth/Brock versus thread, there's a good bit of material on both parties, Regal's not around to espouse his Zero theories, and there isn't a book/comics thread (not that I think there's enough desire to make one) so I figured this is where it should go.

ghost rider is a fart head, that's why his head is on fire. Spawn would whoop his ass

I don't read either. I only have the movies/animated shows to go off of. Spawn's pretty badass, but Nic Cage is the underappreciated action hero. So, it's Castor Troy vs. the bad guy from 'Exit Wounds'? That's almost like when Wesley Snipes went up against Ving Rhames. There's a little too much awesomeness at stake here.

I was also refering to the HBO animated flick, though I don't know the voice actor which accounts for the lack of joke-y reference to him (or possibly her).

And really anything released is a form of adaptation. I could easily say GreyHawk98b's Spawn is waaaaaaaaaaay better than DarthTequila6969's Ghost Rider. Luckily, all fan versions suck. Cool

Spawn's animated VA was Keith David (well-known as the voice of Goliath on Disney's Gargoyles).

DAMN! I could've made a 'Pitch Black' joke! Or John Carpenter's The Thing, but we don't joke about that...

Thanks for the FYI! Smile

The HBO cartoon was good, it was reasonably well animated and violent. I enjoyed it for what it was worth.

The movie, however, was a steaming pile of dogshit.
