You think that's cool?! I wish someone would ask me if I'm of legal age when I walk into a bar.

Woot, I started that thread!
Anyway BB was rubbing in how he downloaded Press Start for free after Dark Maze posted a thread on how pissed he was that people were downloading it. He even put in his sig how he was proud that he did it. Total jerk.
Well, this post is veering from the rule regarding no schedenfreud in this thread, so to steer it back on track:
Puppies!
Sorry guys, I couldn't think if anything else to post.

Stuff that makes me happy:
Computer and video games that aren't horrible.
Buying a large pizza for only five bucks and having it all to yourself.
Repeating above process as often as you want.
Lots of free time and/or time that isn't taken up doing work or studying.
Being able to write a fantasy story instead of an analytical essay for literature class.
Writing said story, taking it to a workshop of your peers, and having them tell you that it doesn't completely suck.
That's pretty much all the good stuff off the top of my head.

The only thing that's made me happy today is the sign I made to discourage fucknuts from coming and asking me for candy:

I saw em in 04 too. Decent show, but this'll be waaaay better. I have an Ernie Ball ala For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and Balance, and you make me very jealous, you and your Charvel. I once went into a Toews, and I asked the guy if I could see the Wolf and he told me it was worth too much money for me to touch...so I never went back.

I like the peavey's to the charvel. Peavey is my love brand and I play on DR EL 9-42's yayyyyyyyyyy and after I fell in love with this particular set I found out Eddie plays the same...I was kinda freaked out. I use EL 11's on two of my guitars though Can't always play lead

Yeah after I got my Ernie, someone gave me a Peavey Rage 158, and I realized I play Eddie's early 90s rig. I fuckin love my Peavey, and I'd only replace it with a Marshall or 5150III

Stopping a 12 year old boy from running away from home: Priceless.
So yeah, this kid heads to the back of the store and at first I thought maybe he was going to get a bag of chips, but he doesn't move for a few minutes. I get out of my plexiglass cage and ask him what's up. The kid isn't very talkative but eventually he says he's running away.
Apparently he was at a friend's house and somehow some toy/game belonging to the friend was broken, so the friend's mom calls the police on this kid and he bolts. I ask him what he plans to do for food since he was broke, he just shrugs his shoulders. I get the same responce when I bring up the need for warm clothing (it's around 40-something nowadays) and a place to sleep.
I tell him that I'll let him stay around the store as long as I'm open and then head back off into the cage to call the local police and ask if an officer would come by and take "Aurie" back home. The operator tells me to just keep him around the station as long as possible til the officer can arrive.
I offer to let him purchase what he wants from the change in my wallet so he got the above mentioned items, then after some serious thought back in the back of the store he tells me he wants to go home. I asked him why and he said because he didn't have any actual plan. I leveled with him about calling the police even though he didn't trust them and that I'd feel better if he had an officer take him back home instead of walking back himself. He wasn't mad, and he said he was willing to wait.
So after about an hour's time, the officer shows up and spends a few minutes talking with the kid, then he opens the backseat door and drives to the kid's place.
Oh, and I called a cab for a deaf woman.
