A friend of mine was contacted by a MMA magazine to do strips, but nothing came of it.

Thats awesome, I did some am. boxing earlier this year, but the people in boxing are so sleazy that I'm gonna try again with kickboxing. What kind do you do? I'm mostly intersted in Muay Thai.

MMA rules. I love the UFC and Pride can be ok I guess. I hate reality TV but the only show of that type that I will watch is the Ultimate Fighter.

Dude, PRIDE was sooo much better than UFC . Shogun and Wandy's soccer kicks and head stomps, Fedor decimating everyone, OWGP, Bas and Quadros commentating. Damn I miss PRIDE FC.

Not to revive this dead thread, but I wanted to see what you guys think about Randy Couture resigning from the UFC. And here is Dana's response to his resigning:

The guy is 44 years old. He's probably only got 1 or 2 fights left in him, and he wanted to fight Fedor. With Fedor signing with another organization, a fight between the two of them is virtually impossible by now.
It sucks, but Randy is old enough and has accomplished enough to do what he wants.
On a somewhat unrelated note, Dana White needs to stop with all the cursing. He claims to bend over backwards to improve MMA's image in the mainstream media, yet every other word he says has to be bleeped out.
