You can only find crazy flavours like chestnut choco-pie, ice cream kit-kat and cheesecake pocky in Japan!

There is a couple candy stores near my house called Rocket Fizz that have some Japanese candy. They also have all kinds of other candy, and different crazy flavors of soda. It's like Willy Wonka in there, you have to see if there is one nearby.

I remember buying Japan Crate once and it had good Japanese candy.
