I saw Michael Bower in an ep of that show back when Jenny McCarthy was a cohost. He didn't make it past the thinning out portion, but I knew it was him.

I thought I was the only person that saw that episode! I think they told the girl that he was in the crowd to and she pretended to be sad when he was eliminated (like the first question)
