No release dates yet, but announcements have been made. The ESRB has given ratings for Saiyuki: Journey West, Arc the Lad III, Threads of Fate, Vagrant Story, and last but certainly not least Xenogears.
I've only played the last two, but greatly enjoyed both.

Meh....
Already own them all except for Saiyuki.
Most of those of PSX games. The original discs play fine in a PS3.
Where's the PS2 RPGs (Whose discs won't work) for PS3? Like Suikoden III & IV, etc.

and Suikoden V...and Legend of Dragoon even though I own it I still can't play it on my PSP without it on the PSN.
