Yeah seriously. I felt that way when I played too. |
Gah don't scare me I'm like an hour in and really digging it so far...
Is it game breaking stuff, or save a lot and reload when it shits the bed stuff?

| I am actually part of a glitching community for Castlevania SOTN. Myself, as well as others, have been finding new glitches and exploiting them for fun in SOTN since it was released. New glitches are being found in that game to this day. I am too tired to explain in depth right now, so look it up... it's legendary in terms of glitching. You can skip bosses, become invisible, get extra map percentage, reset the map(kind of) and collect multiple items and more. I find and exploit glitches in every version there is of that game. |
I was gonna mention this...the only one I've ever heard of was the Sword Brothers one to break through the wall, and I also have pulled off getting into the area where the Underground Garden was supposed to begin by quickly sliding left before the gate closes as Richter. There a list or videos or anything of this stuff? |
Just youtube 'SOTN glitch' and you'll get all sorts of interesting shit. Google works too, I suppose, that will get you to the sites like world beyond walls and some others.

It didn't happen until I was deep into the game. Around level 22 the game now crashes all over the place. Freezes while walking the wasteland, when fast tracking entering doors, and in Vats. And its a hard crash too, I have to reset the PS3 every time. I think the new patch did more harm than good. I had to turn it off when I had 6 crashes in a 4 hour window. I'm gonna take a break for a few months till they hash this out because the game is now unplayable for me as I'm constantly fearing a crash. I'm severely disappointed they rushed this piece of crap out like this, |
I didn't have any problems that couldn't be fixed with no clip myself. I thought it was a damn good game as soon as I edited out that damn song with the lady singing about Johnny Guitar.

Hrm, that's disheartening, is the patch over the internet or is it on the disc? I'm starting to think I want to avoid it.
I like that Johnny Guitar song!

Destiny of an Emperor had numerous glitches mostly in my favor. I could almost always get Chi Tu Ma twice, and all the treasures in the cave by Nan Yang castle sometimes replenished when you leave one floor then return.

Missingno never messed up my Pokemon game in all the years I played it.
One of my favorite glitches was in Link's Awakening on the original Gameboy. If you check the map just as you are moving to the next screen, you'll appear in the same position you were on the screen in the next screen. You can skip all over the game doing this and find new places. It didn't work on the DX version though.

The patch is over the internet, it will prompt you to install when you start up but you can press O and avoid it. @Beach Bum: The game is amazing, however it is unfinished and rushed. It's good you had no problems but I can not for the life of me find the noclip button on my PS3 controller...

Maybe the 360 version is less glitchy.

Internet patch. You won't like that song much after playing the game for too long. The radio is slightly glitched in that it only plays like 4 of the songs it has available, unless they have patched it in the last month or two. Personally I got a patch that was pretty stable and then put steam in offline mode so it couldn't update again.

I caused a glitch on the SNES Final Fantasy III by having Relm sketch with the Swordbreaker. I ended up with 20+ inventory lines consisting of 99 Dirks each, and then 99 Excaliburs and several other lines of 99 items. I was really freaked out that I had ruined the game since it was my first playthrough, but it all worked out. I ended up selling most of the items. I would loved to have used the dirks as throwing items, but I foolishly didn't wait for Shadow
