Please rate my red MtG deck. I know it is not legal for tournament play.

Lands:
24 Mountains

Creatures:
1 Mon's Goblin Raiders
1 Goblin Balloon Brigade
1 Goblin Tinkerer
2 Goblin Digging Team
4 Raging Goblin
4 Goblin Hero

Spells:
1 Giant Strength
1 Lightning Bolt
4 Shock
1 Volcanic Geyser
2 Shatter
1 Relentless Assault
1 Detonate
2 Stone Rain
1 Fireball
4 Goblin Grenade
1 Disintegrate
2 Spitting Earth
1 Blaze

Artifacts:
1 Mirari

I'd cut:

-2 Stone Rain
-1 Giant Strength

To add more burn. Maybe the Mirari too. To make it more focused on assault and direct damage. you may not need the Detonate. It's X cost can get annoying and Shatter can do it for cheaper. X spells should end the game faster in this kind of deck so point them at the player or a big guy blocking your way. So +more Blaze and Fireball or +! Shatter instead.

Play with the lands too. After the cuts it may work on 22, so you can add more cheap goblins or burn.

Pillage, if you can get any, work awesome for a multi-purpose spell here.

Arrrrrrrrgh. Fucking insomnia. Thoughts:

1. Cut the deck down to 20 land. A Goblin deck should have a low enough mana curve that 20 is sufficient.
2. Get some Goblin Kings.
3. Add more Goblin creature cards. You should be running 20-24 Goblins in a Goblin deck. Goblins you might consider running: Mogg Fanatic, Horde of Boggarts, Mogg Maniac, Skirk Shaman
4. Cut Giant Strength, Mirari, Detonate, Relentless Assault, Shatter, Stone Rain, Volcanic Geyser, Blaze, and Spitting Earth.
5. Consider using a full compliment of Lightning Bolts and a full compliment of Pillages. If you want more burn, Incinerate is a good choice.
6. Goblin Grenade is a great card.
6. Other cards you might consider: 2x Goblin Warrens, 1x Goblin Bombardment

As a general rule, the more 4x of stuff you can have, the better for consistency.

I have to agree with Syd on a lot of this. Shatter and Detonate are no good because they may wind up being useless. Cut those and Stone Rain for 4x Pillage since it's more versatile.

You only have 11 creatures, so you'll definitely want some more fast little guys. Some cheap suggestions:
Mogg Flunkies
Goblin War Buggy (Forget if that's the right name or not)
Mogg Conscripts

Burn should probably just be 4x Lightning Bolt, 4x Incinerate, 4x Goblin Grenade. Relentless Assault doesn't work in your deck because there's only 11 creatures, but 2x Relentless Assault may work if you add more guys in.

Mirari and the X burn spells are too expensive for what you're trying to accomplish. If you need more late game power, add 4x Reckless Abandon in addition to the Goblin Grenades.
