Excellent. The color combos are endless. Get your T-shirt deal set up Syd, I'm ready to buy.

Total T-Shirt material. It freaks me out how Syd looks like he's rolling his eyes though.

For shits and giggles you should make the picture hot pink colored.

The awesomeness of this knows no limits. I like the off colored ones better than the one that's a direct rip of the Obama poster, though. Better to keep it apolitical entirely. (Besides, the other colors look way cooler.)
Count me in for an order.

We may want to find a way to work on the color scheme just a little bit. Syd looks like he either has a wicked goatee, or balls on his chin.

Thou, because I am wroth, be not dismayed, for I shall win the strife, whoever circle round within for the defence. This their insolence is not new, for of old they used it at a less secret gate, which still is found without a bolt. Above it thou didst see the dead inscription; and already on this side of it
descends the steep, passing without escort through the circles,
One such that by him the city shall be opened to us. |

Instead of doing a replace color (which is what I assume you did, as it's got a kind of heat vision look) try opening it in adobe illustrator and do a live trace then replace the colors. That will vectorize the image, making it smoother, and not to mention the obama one was more than likely drawn in illustrator at the core, as is a lot of Shepherd Faery's work.
Looks good, but this would probably clean it up a bit.
EDIT: If your not familiar with the live trace options, pm me, and I'll run you through it, though I'm sure you can figure it out if you don't know it already.

I have no interest in turning this into a vector based image.
It is way too time consuming.
Also, I can soften the lines with a simple blur filter.

I would wear this shirt. Its a good advertisement for the site, in that Syd's distinctive image is both cool and...I'm trying to find the word. Its that the human psyche must then know who this sydlexia is, and how he relates to pop culture. Put it on a black T-shirt, slap the website name on there somewhere, and you've got my money.

I think this one would look best on a T-shirt. The way his head/face looks like one of those old holographic stickers has a kind of retro-look that goes along with the nostalgia theme of this site.

This one reminds me of a flag or banner for some reason (probably because it uses the site's color scheme in big, solid shades). I think this would make a good poster on my wall.

The picture with the site colors (any one) makes me think of the Borg for some reason.
Just all the more reason to get it as a shirt.

Why would a shirt that says "pop culture 4 life" have a picture of NOT pop culture on it? It would seem odd to use that as a t-shirt (and thusly advertisement) as it's not a very accurate portrayal of what the site's about.
Think as an outsider, someone who has not been to this site: the shirt says "pop culture 4 life" and has a picture of someone that you've never seen before in your life ever. The line is fine, but the images need to be something that would be evocative of feelings of nostalgia.

I had this idea of having some of Syd's meme's or GAR, hell there's a shit ton of images there and put that shit on shirts and on the back have something like "SydLexia.com" or something advertising the site.
