They released it? That's in poor taste.

It's a tribute film to his memory, not a clip of the accident.

What a shame. It's always sad when someone that young dies in an accident like that. Best to his family, and RIP. Sad

I read that on Yahoo news yesterday. I feel bad for his family/friends. But I guess stuff like this is bound to happen in sports like this, especially when trying dangerous tricks. I guess that is the risk you take in those kind of sports. Anyway it still sucks that it went down the way it did.

Yeah I respect anyone who tries to up the ante in sports like these but it's a bummer when they die. I guess that's what comes with the territory though.

In a way it was very selfish of him to do such dangerous things. What about the family he's left behind so he could get an adrenaline rush? Sure they are all set money wise but they never get to see him again.

In a way, each of us has an El Guapo to face. For some, shyness might be their El Guapo. For others, a lack of education might be their El Guapo. For us, El Guapo is a big, dangerous man who wants to kill us. But as sure as my name is Lucky Day, the people of Santa Poco can conquer their own personal El Guapo, who also happens to be *the actual* El Guapo!

I see where you're coming from here. On the surface it does seem like an unnecessary risk. But then again, it's what this guy *does*. Its his passion and his livelihood. On the whole, I'd say that makes him no more selfish than anyone else who spends their life in a dangerous job (like a firefighter, cop, soldier or even telephone wire repairman). Granted motocross is "just" a sport, but when its what you use to bring home a salary...its really not much different than working in any other high risk profession. The only real difference is that its not a necessary service like cop or fireman, but still. I don't think he should be called selfish for it.
